MISSION

We strongly believe and stand by the motto that Real Estate ownership and growth thereof is an accretive process.  Setting milestones and goals for term planning and investing is our core principle. No deal is too small and no deal too large; we seek to establish long term relationships with our past, present and future clients

“Not your average brokers”

What advisory stands for; What separates Equity READ from the others are the advisors abilities to navigate across all platforms of real estate investing. The capability to underwrite & scrutinize each deal to identify the maximum capital return through its multiple uses. Having access to capital that we have established over the years, provides the opportunity to underwrite each deal according to its maximum leverage through its highest and best use. The fact that capital is sourced in house compounded with our market knowledge, enables us to unlock true value opportunities. From inception to stabilization, Equity READ narrates all offerings.

“Any broker can throw caution to the wind; Its strategy which prevails. Dissecting a transaction from a financial engineering perspective is what defines a successful advisor.”

Principle

Gill founded Equity Read as a rebranding of a former RE brokerage in an attempt to carve a niche in the real estate advisory arena. After 4 years of providing bespoke services to entry funds and investors alike, Gill was able to identify the true need for full service advisory from origination to acquisition; finance to stabilization. His attention to detail and conservative approach is what forged his relations with the investors he works with. His passion for NYC real estate and its history is what drives him.

“Being a realist in this industry is what will make or break a deal. Nothing is more valuable than time; it’s the deals you turn down that will pave the way for success as an intermediary. Each new deal comes with its challenges, there’s nothing more exciting than identifying opportunity though challenge. NYC zoning is almost as complex as the IRS code, what can be more challenging than to seek and source for benefit.
